1992
The first Dialysis Unit in North Chennai started functioning at Sugam Hospitals
1999
Sugam Hospitals established Occupational Health Centres in major industries.
2002
Sugam grew to a 60 bedded hospital with an exclusive 9 bedded ICU.
2004
Sugam acquired Hibeam Scans and began offering the complete range of diagnostics to North Chennai.
2005
Hibeam Scans added Mammogram and the latest in CT scans to its capabilities.
2007
Sugam Hospitals expanded into a 110 bedded facility with the inauguration of an additional block.
2010
Hibeam scans offered the first 1.5 Tesla MRI services.
2012
CT Scan Facility was established at Sugam Hospitals to facilitate immediate Trauma care in accident cases.
2014
Sugam opened the first Modern Coronary Cath Lab in North Chennai.
2017
Hibeam Scans opened its second unit at Ponneri.
2018
Sugam Hospitals became the first private hospital in North Chennai to perform a Renal Transplant Surgery successfully.
2019
Sugam received the coveted accreditation from NABH.
2019
Sugam Hospitals, Chromepet was inaugurated with a 120 bed capacity. A sophisticated Operation Theatre Complex with comfortable Deluxe and Executive rooms was inaugurated at the Sugam Thiruvottriyur.
2022
Sugam Hospitals evolved into the Sugam Medical Services Pvt Ltd. with state-of-the-art facilities, 250 beds, 500 staff, 9 sophisticated theatres including 2 cardio thoracic theatres.
2023
A fully equipped Modern Cath Lab was opened to the public at Sugam Chromepet. Sugam Hospitals received the prestigious NABH accreditation for its Chromepet branch NICU and Modenist ICU with 16 Bed at Chromepet.
